The person who threw the phone on vechicle of PM had no ill
intention & was thrown in excitement. The PM was under protection of SPG.
The phone belongs to a BJP worker. We have traced the person, the phone was
handed over to the person by the SPG : Alok Kumar, ADGP law & Order
